I’d say it’s especially relevant in romantic relationships since you typically spend a lot of time with your partner—who you’re around is who you become, or so they say :)
Do you also extend this approach with members of your family? Just curious. It seems to be happening with more frequency than before. From what I've read, about 25% of millennials and zillenials are estranged from at least one member of their family. What's up with that?
I have no problem removing toxic people from my life. I know some people don't like to hear this, especially when it involves family members, but I've worked hard to achieve some level of inner peace and I choose not to allow people who refuse to do that same work, to wreck mine.
This was absolutely delightful to read. You put words to something I’ve been actively walking with for years. I’m new here and really glad I found you.
This resonated deeply. Would absolutely love to read more about your thoughts and insights on outgrowing current realities, as well as the phase between the shift of those changes
Wow. I cannot tell you how much I needed this right now. Thank you.
Thank YOU! Glad to hear it resonated, Liz :)

"...life is not just something that happens to you while you're busy maintaining the status quo."
This is forever a part of my favorite quotes list.
